Travel planners often encounter challenges such as last-minute itinerary changes, unexpected cancellations, and coordinating with multiple vendors or clients across different time zones. To manage these, strong organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly. Building solid relationships with trusted suppliers and maintaining clear communication with clients can also help in resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

It involves researching destinations, booking flights or other travel methods, securing lodging, and ensuring all travel documents and requirements are met.
