Job Description

Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Rep
Location: Concord, CA
Compensation: $19-20hr.

Position Summary: Respond to inbound sales inquiries; place outbound calls to web-generated leads. Handle and bring to resolution, inquiries from customers regarding service, billing, or any facet of the account.

This is a full-time position, with availability required on weekends.

Job Duties:

Respond promptly to leads, aiming to successfully close sales.
Manage multiple incoming phone lines, addressing customer needs efficiently.
Take proactive measures to prevent customer cancellations, utilizing defined retention strategies.
Process orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized databases of customer leads and existing accounts.
Implement a structured follow-up system for managing pending leads.
Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
Identify and implement effective solutions to daily challenges.
Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service aptitude with a commitment to excellence.
Proficient in computer data entry and retrieval.
Excellent follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
