Job Description
Job SummaryThe Office Administrator manages and coordinates all day-to-day activities for the office, including administration requests and marketing projects by performing any or all of the duties and responsibilities identified below.The Office Administrator works in conjunction with Senior Management and the Director of Marketing Support and Research.

- Processing mailers and correspondence
- Maintaining Pyramid Monthly Calendar and Priority Meeting Scheduling
- Sales Meeting Agendas
- Maintain agreement generation, tracking and reporting
- Creation of Deal Files/Accounts Receivable
- Updating m2M transaction and invoicing module
- Submitting Payroll and Timecard Approval
- Works closely with Office Administrators across PBC and attends quarterly administrative meetings
- Priority Sheet updates and tracking.
- Maintains Sign Inventory.
- Coordinates all Sign Requests/Installations.
- Real Estate Licensing Tracking
- Completes Accounts Payable
- Completes Expense Wire Reimbursements
- Accounts Receivable/Completes all Depositing of Checks
- Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records.
- Must demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and respect with candidates, team, and business partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively manage relationships within a highly diverse work force.
- Customer service focus with positive demeanor.
- Some travel may be required.
- Performs other tasks as needed.
