We are seeking a Supervisor/Shift Leader for our Restaurant Sweetfin to join us! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Support the team and coordinate all culinary activities
- Team Accountability
- Training other team members our SOPs
- Time Management and follow scheduling agenda
- Opening and Closing shifts
- Oversee guest services and help to resolve any issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train with and support prep
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
