(Back of House Leadership)

Our Kitchen Operations Manager plays a crucial leadership role at Chick-fil-A, overseeing back-of-house operations with excellence, efficiency, and care. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong coaching and mentoring abilities, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, and brings prior supervisory or culinary experience. They lead with purpose and set the tone for a clean, safe, and high-performing kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Back of House (BOH) team to deliver high-quality food with accuracy, speed, and care
  • Monitor and maintain food safety standards, cleanliness, and operational procedures at all times
  • Execute food prep, cooking, and kitchen line operations efficiently
  • Mentor and coach BOH team members, creating a positive and productive kitchen culture
  • Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A’s brand standards for food presentation and quality
  • Set the tone for team pace and energy during each shift
  • Manage inventory, kitchen organization, and waste tracking
  • Assist with scheduling, shift leadership, and BOH staff development
  • Open or close the kitchen and act as key holder as needed
