Kitchen Operations ManagerPosition Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Operations Manager to oversee daily kitchen functions and support the success of our culinary team. This position plays a key role in ensuring food quality, operational efficiency, sanitation compliance, and staff development. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards and fostering a positive team culture.

Availability Requirements

Applicants must have open availability and be willing to work a flexible schedule seven days a week (11AM-Until close), including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support kitchen personnel throughout daily operations.

  • Ensure food is prepared, portioned, and presented according to established quality standards.

  • Monitor kitchen performance and address operational challenges as they arise.

  • Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and products.

  • Reduce waste through effective inventory management and operational oversight.

  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations are followed.

  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve operational goals.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
