Kitchen Operations Team (Days) 

Chick-fil-A York Road & Hunt Valley are high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurants serving the Cockeysville, Lutherville-Timonium & Hunt Valley communities.  We offer a positive, team-based work environment which supports and encourages team members to grow as individuals. We are looking for new Team Members for our kitchen operations who have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Description and Duties A Chick-fil-A kitchen team member performs food preparation duties including cooking & preparing menu items, meal assembly & bagging, making drinks & shakes and food expeditor. Additional duties include unloading deliveries, restocking supplies and maintaining a clean store environment. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Chick-fil-A team members possess positivity and diligence as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills. The ideal Candidate has food service experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Shift Openings 

Full and Part Time positions available 

5am - 4pm  Monday – Saturday 

Requirements 

  • Must have reliable transportation 
  • Must be able to work Fridays / Saturdays 
  • Must be 18+ years old 
  • Experience in food service and a fast-paced kitchen strongly preferred 
  • Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent customer service 
  • Must be able to work in a team environment and on your own

Must be physically fit and flexible and be able to:

  • work on your feet for at least 5 hours at a time
  • twist, turn, stoop and bend over
  • lift 50 lbs
  • walk while carrying heavy items, pushing trash carts, etc.

Salary and Compensation This position offers compensation of $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience. Additional Chick-fil-A job perks may include restaurant discounts and scholarship opportunities.
