$60,000 - $80,000 yearly

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Act as executive assistant to the principal broker (full-charge calendar management)
• Keep the principal broker on track/on task; managing her schedule so she is on time and prepared for calls and meetings
• Maintain database and data integrity (paperless files, CRM, expense tracking, client interaction notes)
• Communication (phone, text, email) on behalf of principal broker that is tactful, thoughtful, and warm while also being accurate and moving things forward between principal broker, clients, and team members

Qualifications

• You have the ability to look ahead to assess priorities
• You are punctual, accountable, and able to execute on a deadline
• You have exceptional attention to detail and high-level accuracy with contracts, data, and documents
• You are able to communicate clearly (written/oral)
• You are tech-savvy, and a self-learner. Mac OS, Office, daily-use CRM experience, Salesforce.com a plus
• You are willing and able to maintain NDA-level confidentiality at all times; you naturally maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and use good judgment
