Job Title: Second Shift Supervisor - Warehouse Sequencing Department
Location: Flint, MI
Salary: $18-$20 per hour

Responsibilities:
• Assist management in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating personnel, equipment, and materials effectively to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure all departmental policies, procedures, and regulations are followed consistently to maintain quality standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sequencing Department during the second shift.
• Provide guidance and supervision to team members, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and address any issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and quality control metrics.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of previous supervisory experience in a union environment.
• Proficiency in operating a forklift and handling materials safely.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems and experience implementing quality control measures.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with WMS (Warehouse Management System) software.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demands.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or management is a plus.
