Job Description
The IT Help Desk Technician will be responsible for helping users resolve issues with computer hardware or software. This person will respond to user inquiries, assess problems and issues with IT equipment and applications, and help resolve these issues for users.

Essential Duties:

  • Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining end-user devices and LAN performance.
  • Day-to-Day technical support of Windows, hardware, applications, and diagnosis of hardware and software
  • Maintain all documentation associated with technology procedures.
  • Entry point for all incoming technical requests
  • Provide telephone and in-person support
  • Escalate and assign request tickets
  • Reviewing on and offboarding accounts to verify completion of all necessary tasks and compliance with security policies.
  • Additional duties may arise and not listed

  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, MS Cloud, and SharePoint familiarity is needed.


Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Familiarity with telephone, office, and mobile devices a plus
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.


Job Type: Full-time, In-Office position
