Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager (GM) to join our team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our establishment. The GM will play a crucial role in supporting the District Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving business strategies, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient and effective brewery operations.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.
Uphold safety and compliance standards in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Provide regular reports and updates to the General Manager on key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
