The Property Manager is responsible for all property operations. The purpose of the Manager is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by Bella and the Property Owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. In addition, the Manager will train the Assistant Manager and/or Leasing Professional. Conduct all business in ordinance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act and all other laws pertaining to apartment home communities.
- Proven success as a multi-family housing property manager
- Multisite management preferred
- Real Estate license preferred
- Ability to work alone, independently
- High customer service priority
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Marketing creativity
- Lease Up experience preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication
