Job Summary: We're seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Sales Ops team. In this role, you'll be a critical part of maintaining our Salesforce CRM, optimizing sales processes, and providing analytics that drive decision-making. Your work will directly impact our sales efficiency and success. Ideal candidates have experience in sales operations within an FMCG/CPG business, are Salesforce proficient, and possess strong analytical skills.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintain Salesforce CRM, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows.
• Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate sales, marketing, and operations strategy development and execution.
• Support sales and marketing teams with campaign tracking, analytics, and postmortem.
• Apply data cleansing techniques and develop new data acquisition methods.
• Assist with projects to improve sales operations.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders for data needs and analysis.
• Assist in sales compensation and commission calculations.

Requirements and Skills:

• 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business analytics.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and business intelligence tools is a plus.
• Strong project management and follow-up skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative and strategic problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and with outside partners.
