Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the primary assistant and office manager to our Principals and other senior leaders. The successful candidate will perform a wide variety of administrative and management assistant duties, including bookkeeping responsibilities and financial management tasks.  Tasks include:

Update financial accounts and records, including reconciling monthly statements and tracking invoices and payments in QuickBooks.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Process payroll using QuickBooks and prepare quarterly tax reports.

Create monthly timesheets and manage payroll preparation.

Manage and control calendars for meetings, company events, and vacations.

Coordinate senior-level meetings and prepare necessary documentation.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office suite required.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills necessary.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities required.
