Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Hybrid (1 day a week in office, as needed - Pleasant Hill) - CA preferred
Position Type: Fulltime (40 hrs./week)
Compensation: Compensation will depend on experience, with a range of $80,000 $100,000 for full-time, plus benefits including participation in health insurance, vision, and dental benefits; 401K retirement plan; and paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.

Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including policy implementation, benefits administration, employee engagement, employee training, and performance evaluations.
Responsibilities:
Policy Implementation: Implement and evaluate HR policies; ensure compliance.
Payroll: Oversee processing, and address inquiries and discrepancies.
Benefits Administration: Coordinate and manage employee benefits programs.
Employee Engagement: Oversee onboarding and offboarding, coordinate periodic events, and support managers with employee improvement initiatives. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Performance Review: Develop and implement effective evaluation processes.
Employee Training: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs.
Coordinate with global HR team: Work with the global HR team to develop best practices and compliance, facilitate cross-cultural communication, and implement strategies applicable to across affiliates.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Working knowledge of various regulatory requirements for human resource areas including FMLA, Wage & Hour, EEO, etc.; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Conflict reconciliation skills; Proficiency in HRIS programs and with G-Suite.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with key roles in active management of employees in a services industry setting, internal compliance, and policy implementation. Global experience and familiarity are not required but are a plus.
