Job Description

Duties include but not limited to:

Providing support to the Accounting Department.
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Reconciling deposits and identifying discrepancies.
Posting financial data to accounts.
Entering invoices and issuing checks.
Performing monthly bank reconciliation for multiple accounts.

Required Skills/Experience:

Bilingual in Spanish
Familiarity with databases.
2-3 years of proven working experience in accounting.
Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communicator.
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
Ability to work well in a team environment while managing time to meet individual goals.
