Robbins Construction Group is in search of a well-rounded and seasoned construction executive to p[rovide management of commercial project at its office in North Charleston, South Carolina. An established history of operational excellence in overseeing both large- and small-scale construction projects or related industries, along with a decade of leadership experience, is highly desirable.

Responsibility of providing day-to-day leadership and management to the operations team, ensuring their efforts contribute to the overall success of every project while maintaining alignment with the company's strategic vision and objectives.

Hands-on involvement in projects, ensuring proper setup, project planning, subcontractor management, schedule adherence, and alignment to the company's standards, processes, and procedures, is a key aspect of this role.

Enforce policies and procedures, mentoring subordinates, and fostering productive relationships with clients, architects, and engineers throughout both the business development and operations phases.

A solution-oriented mindset, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a methodical, logical approach to addressing issues and obstacles, are essential attributes for this position.

Operations Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of Major and Special Projects
2. Lead, coach, mentor, train, and manage staff
3. Set and ensure achievement of departmental goals
4. Develop and implement processes and structure
5. Manage revenue through analyzing profitability and finding ways to improve efficiencies
6. Be the liaison between the different departments and build innovative teams
7. Execute the business plan, implement new strategies, and document processes
8. Handle escalated customer complaints
9. Implement Continuous Improvement Processes throughout the entire company
10. Uphold and communicate core values and vision

11. Necessary Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related area.

    Minimum of 15 years of commercial construction experience, including 10 years in leadership positions and proven field experience.

    Must have experience overseeing commercial construction projects in the $5M-$40M+ range.
