Outside Sales/Business Development Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a business minded and high energy sales rep for our growing financial firm. The qualified candidate should have business development/outside sales experience, excellent customer service skills, the ability to follow up with prospective clients and ultimately bring in new business for our company from lead generation. We offer paid training to learn what financial services we are providing, and commission is earned after the draw is retained. Our commission is generous, paid weekly and there are multiple aspects of our services to sell. The commission structure increases with higher volume and can add up fast. We also have additional sales incentives for our top performers. We require 25 hours a week commitment for this position.

Your Qualifications:

-Previous customer service, retail sales or B2B (business development/outside sales preferred)

-Excellent communication skills presented in person and by telephone

-Willingness to help small and medium sized businesses

-Willingness to learn a new and lucrative industry

-Willingness to travel (county or state-wide)

-Basic computer knowledge
