Wellness Department Manager

The Astoria Co+op is a thriving natural foods co-op on the beautiful Oregon Coast seeking a manager with a compassionate leadership style to oversee our Wellness Department. We are seeking a leader who can work independently and as a member of our management team to provide our community with the best service and wellness product selection in the region. Relocation assistance considered for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 2 years' experience in a management position
• At least 3 years' experience with wellness product purchasing and merchandising
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proven ability to collaborate and build teams
• A working knowledge of nutrition and wellness industry trends
• Highly developed customer service skills for internal and external service
• A strong passion for health and wellness and the ability to share compelling stories about products and health trends
