Natural Healthcare Assistant-Therapy Technician

About the Role

As a Natural Healthcare Assistant at Power Total Health, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional, healing-centered experience for every patient who walks through our doors. This dynamic, fast-paced position blends patient interaction, administrative support, and hands-on assistance with holistic therapies. You’ll build meaningful , help guide patient centered interactions, help individuals and families on their journey to better health, and contribute to a mission-driven team focused on restoring hope and healing naturally. Key Responsibilities

  • Primary role as a therapy technician, but not limited to 
  • Welcome practice members with warmth and professionalism

  • Schedule and manage patient care plans

  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and follow-ups

  • Perform data entry within Electronic Health Records (EHR)

  • Assist with therapies, exams, and advanced holistic treatments

  • Educate patients on natural healthcare solutions

  • Support new patient exams and onboarding

  • Assist with insurance verifications and basic billing

  • Participate in community outreach and internal and external marketing events, workshops

  • Create or appear in social media and promotional content

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office environment

  • Track and achieve performance metrics (KPIs)

  • Anything practice related and more

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience must be demonstrated

  • Strong communication and people skills

  • Experience with professional and courteous phone etiquette

  • High energy and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

  • Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused mindset

  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable

  • Passion for natural health and wellness, aligning with non-drug, holistic health solutions

  • Sales or goal-driven experience is a plus

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and commit long-term

Important Expectations

  • This is not a typical 9-5 role-some days require extended hours

  • Consistent attendance and reliability are essential

  • Occasional evenings/weekends for events

  • Must be comfortable working with families, children, and seniors

  • Must be comfortable on camera for social media and outreach
