As we continue to expand our presence in the plumbing and home decor and renovation industry, we are seeking a talented National Account Manager to join our team and drive growth in our plumbing division.
Position Overview: As the National Account Manager for our Plumbing Division, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and developing strategic partnerships to drive sales and revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the plumbing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand market share within the plumbing industry.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with key accounts to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to identify potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in account management and business development.
- Experience in the plumbing industry preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
