We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions assisting the Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Bookkeeping
- Assist in payroll processing
- Assist in Accounts Receivables/Payables
- Assist in Customer Portals
- Shipping/Receiving
- Office supply ordering
- Filing
- Clerical duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Certificate or associate degree Minimum
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong typing skills
- Effective organizational skills
- QuickBooks
