Salary: $18/hr training

The successful candidate will be driven to be a top producer and required to maintain daily activities. These activities include but are not limited to generating service appointments from incoming/outgoing phone calls, email, social media and mail. Phone etiquette, email skills, a confident personality and demonstrated customer relations skills are a must.

Job Responsibilities:

  • The Service BDC Representative is responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from both inbound and outbound calls, include internet leads, and providing general information.  
  • Handle all customer inquiries with a focus on 100% customer satisfaction.  
  • Receive inbound calls set appointment dates and time from the prospect customer.
  • Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from the customer, and providing general or related vehicle service information.  
  • Maintain and communicate exceptional product knowledge to our customers.  
  • Gather and track all customer data as directed; accurately enter into BDC database.  
  • Be self-driven with the ability to work in close proximity with other Service BDC Representatives in a team-based environment.  
  • Facilitate timely follow up on all internet leads as directed by management and/or procedures.   
  • 85 percent of your day is phone related activities and 15 percent is other duties and or assigned by management.
