Our team is our differentiator, and we love adding new talent to the roster. We are looking for an Account Manager that will take our Marketing client relationships to new heights. This Sales Account Manager will handle existing accounts in our Marketing space.

Responsibilities include:

Forecasting and monitoring account metrics for each marketing client
Translating technical issues to business impact risk for clients
Communicating progress of quarterly, monthly, and yearly initiatives to stakeholders
Preparing account reports as requested by clients or supervisors
Create and provide estimates to clients managed as needed
Collaborating with other teams and departments to meet client needs and create new opportunities
Ensuring timely and accurate delivery to meet customer needs and expectations
Providing customer service to clients on all assigned accounts
Negotiating contracts in the best interests of clients and organization
Developing beneficial working relationships with all relevant stakeholders as well as vendors
Escalating and managing client issues internally
This person should be able to attend in person office meetings based on company/client needs

Skills preferred:

Analytical skills to review client data
Customer service experience to handle clients and customers from different industries and backgrounds
Problem-solving abilities to help meet customer challenges
Prior experience with Marketing tools and solutions preferred (i.e. Hubspot, SEO, PPC, etc.)
Organizational ability and attention to detail to manage multiple accounts at one time
Time management and multitasking skills to transition among client accounts easily
Negotiation skills for creating and settling contracts
Knowledge of the most common and most recent industry best practices
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to converse with clients
Previous account management of 2 or more years preferred
Understanding of Marketing industry a plus
