Solutions and Process Architect (Full Time, Remote)

With the right combination of software, services, and expertise, Solutions and Process Architects create and facilitate digital transformation and enterprise automation to meet each client’s unique needs.

Target Salary Range: $80,000 to $120,000 based on work and relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with clients (internal and external) to understand the needs of the business, project, or process.
• Leads the design of a solution to meet those needs.
• Ensures the building and implementation of the solution aligns with the design and expected outcome.
• Leverages our technologies and platforms to ensure the proposed solution is in synch with the business needs and can be effectively integrated into the client’s workflow.
• Provides architectural guidance, consulting, and technical support to the project team.
• Explains technical solution strategy to stakeholders and software, solution, and configuration teams.
• Identifies and mitigates risks or shortcomings through solution architecture.
• Guides the activities of the project team to ensure the timely completion of projects.
• Keeps accurate record of resources used, expected deliverables, and milestones achieved.
• Reviews vendor and supplier proposals to ensure quality inputs are delivered at the least possible cost.
• Monitors vendor and supplier activities are built and delivered according to provided specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Process Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or STEM field.
• 5 to 8 years of prior experience in Solutions Architecture, Process Engineering, Operational Excellence or related role
• Fortune 1000 experience in one or more of the following segments: Business Process Management or Business Process Outsourcing, Distribution or Transportation Services, Financial Services, Healthcare, Insurance, Manufacturing, Mortgage, Public Sector, Government, or Higher Education.
• Ability to read and interpret Statements of Work.
• Ability to interface and collaborate with clients to extract and document their business process using flowcharts.
• Ability to understand different software systems and how they work.
• Ability to architect enterprise automation solutions to address client needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management, Scrum, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence modalities.
