Requirements:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a Food and Beverage production environment preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

• Skills: Some experience with CMMS preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical journals, financial reports. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. Ability to define problems collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Inventory software; Order processing systems; Production software.

Job Description:

Supervises, coordinates, and lead activities of mechanics engaged in maintaining, trouble shooting, repairing, rebuilding process, packaging, facility and auxiliary support equipment, structures, utility systems, buildings, and grounds

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Schedule, Plan, and execute work orders by assigning workload to mechanics on daily, weekly, monthly, semiannual and annually

• Directs mechanics and contractors in maintaining and repairing building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and controls, heating, cooling and ventilating systems.

• Oversees workers engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing all plant equipment.

• Requisitions Spare parts, materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.

• Inspects and verify completed work for conformance to craftsmanship of mechanics, blueprints, specifications, and standards.

• Interprets company policy to employees, enforces company policy and practices Maintenance Cardinal Culture.

• Investigate, Analyzes and resolves Technical and Human work problems, or assists employees in solving these problems.

• Performs related work as required as well as sustain and improve PM program by providing improved recommendation

• Lead, Monitor, and support, and engaged hands on for mechanics in any maintenance activities on process, packaging, facility, and auxiliary equipment.

• Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
