What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an outstanding publisher-focused business development lead to grow our audience network of mobile apps, websites, and social platforms.

In this position, you will be responsible for ideating, creating and executing outbound and inbound strategy to build audience-side partnerships. You should have experience in the digital marketing and mobile industries in explaining the benefits of rewarded monetization. You’re a self-starter that requires little to no oversight and can operate fluidly in a remote, start-up environment. You should be comfortable being both a high-level strategic thinker to ideate and recommend new growth ideas and be hands on, doing outreach to targeted lists of prospective partners that you create.

You'll own the publisher growth and business development function for TheoremReach and be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the future success of the audience network

You will be responsible for the following critical activities:

  • Ideate and execute partnership strategy to grow the audience network
  • Work closely with internal Operations and Engineering teams to communicate the value prop and hand off new partnerships for onboarding
  • Build and manage your own pipeline, regularly communicating efforts, wins, and losses to management
  • Help define the team strategy and audience direction, advocate for best practices, investigate ancillary opportunities, and build out a growth team of full time hires or consultants
  • Drive the evolution of the TheoremReach Audience Network and overall growth strategy to support existing and future client needs
  • Develop a deep understanding of programmatic supply-side platforms, real-time optimization, real-time bidding, and online market research automation in communicating the value prop to prospective partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of business development experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant industry, including programmatic advertising, mobile growth, or direct response marketing
  • Self-sufficient and comfortable working in a remote start-up culture
  • Proven track record in closing partnerships and upselling existing relationships
  • Experience with programmatic exchanges, real time bidding, and online market research automation is a plus
  • Proven leadership, experience and experience scaling a team of business developers will be prioritized
