Part-Time Receptionist / Cashier - Service

Biggers Chevrolet has a part-time entry level office position with Flexible hours currently available. Ideal job for College Students! Biggers Chevrolet is currently looking for a part-time cashier/receptionist to join our team.  No experience is necessary. We will train the right applicant. 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR RECEPTIONIST / CASHIER:

• Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, friendly, professional manner, transferring them to the appropriate person or department
• Accept payments from dealership customers
• Balance daily bank deposit
• File Accounting documents
• Computer entry

RECEPTIONIST / CASHIER JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma
• Friendly, professional phone manner
• Excellent math aptitude and attention to detail
• Fast learner who is comfortable with change and motivated to learn
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional appearance
• Ability work independently
• Be willing to submit to a pre-employment screening which includes a background check and drug screen
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
