Responsibilities:

• Helping to finalize and closed all car deals.
• Following up with sales reps and customers
• Helping to evaluate trades.
• Train your sales rep and build a sales team
• Assist with weekly sales meetings

• Work with leases and retail deals.
• Must be able to perform "closer" duties with customers and T/O's
• Must be experienced with Special Finance.
• Must manage processes within the dealership and enforce all policies and regulations.
• Maintain vehicle inventory, create sales reports, manage CRM tasks and customers

Requirements:

• Must have prior New and Pre-owned auto experience
• Must be a strong closer and have strong communication skills
• High energy and ambition is a daily requirement
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• Must pass drug test and background check.
