What you will do:

We are looking for a fun, super organized and creative visual storyteller (Graphic Designer) that will be a key player on our marketing team. You will be our brand guardian and responsible for ensuring our brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition are met for our programs.

• Designing and producing content including menus, flyers, presentations, decks, logos, social media graphics and more
• Works closely with Brand Managers to support the execution of brand campaigns and creative deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing team & agency teams on creative concepts for upcoming projects and campaigns
• Production support & creative guidance with agency partners
• Manage creative projects and timelines with project management system Monday.com
• Manage all creative content, keep it up to date and tagged for ease of use & compliance
• Ensure all designs align with brand positioning and objectives
• Understand and enforce the brand guidelines for assigned work
• Guest- and brand-focused with a natural curiosity about new ways to help grow our brand presence
• Active participant in brainstorming and ideation
• Create treatments and look & feel directions with cohesive visual direction
• Support brand initiatives, including social and digital campaigns
• Design visual materials and creative assets for internal needs, both corporate and venue teams
• Build and maintain a visual library of images and collateral for our Corporate and Venue teams

What you will need:

• Everything Adobe Creative Suite. Our design team specifically works in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Demonstrates project management skills by tracking projects progress via Monday.com and executing through completion.
• Exceptional capability with typography, layout
• Any Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro are a major plus!
• Video & animation experience is a plus!
• Interest in copywriting a plus

• Versatile with portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of creative projects from print to digital
• Experience working with a young & fun brand
• com or equivalent project management system experience
• Organized with great project management & ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Fun, engaging, witty creative storyteller with great attention to detail
• Finger on the pulse of culture and trends
• Strong understanding of our brand & core audience
• 3+ years of experience in creating + managing creative projects
• Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field
