We are looking for a Behavioral Health Compliance Specialist to join our team! As a Behavioral Health Compliance Specialist, ensuring legal and ethical practices, promoting client quality care and safety, following all relevant internal rules and regulations, and carrying out the company mission will be your main goal.
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Contract Compliance and Performance Ensure contract deliverables are achieved according to contractual requirements. Track required reports and corrective action plans (CAP)
Provide audits to ensure compliance with 65 (d) 30, contracts, accreditation, and licensure requirements.
Oversee/complete licensure application annually.
Chair of health and safety committee.
Evaluates and tracks incidents, accidents, and occurrences in accordance with policies and procedures.
Create and revise the annual Disaster Plan and conduct Disaster Drills and meetings per regulation.
Evaluate the safety of the physical environment.
Conduct chart audits as needed to monitor the quality of care for behavioral health.
Work collaboratively with behavioral health team members to meet program outcomes.
Develop and maintain up-to-date database to track program outcomes.
Track compliance with outcome measures outlined in program contracts.
Manage Visuant usage.
