Job Title: Office Support Specialist

Location: St. Louis, MO (Onsite)
Job Duration: 6+m Contract

Primary Skills:

Proficient with Computer skills.
Experience with scanners.
Familiarity with Barcoding.

Nice-To-Haves:

Healthcare background
Imaging experience

Responsibilities:

Retrieves, assembles, and files information accurately and timely using established procedures.
Pulls records and files as requested in a timely manner. Provides back up to other clerical positions as needed.
Performs other clerical duties as assigned. Performs manual or systematic entry of information to prepare correspondence.
Maintains record tracking systems. Maintains organized filing cabinets.
Handles patient or provider information in a safe, secure and timely manner. Copies and faxes information when necessary).
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and adaptable to repetitive tasks. Able to file in alphabetical or numeric order.

Qualification:

High School Diploma or GED.
