Customer Service Representative - Aviation / Avionic Industry

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Fairfield, California team! In this role, you will be responsible for interacting and communicating with our Commercial / Military Aviation customers which are both Domestic and International in scope.

North Bay Aviation is looking for an experienced customer service professional to handle Customer inquiries, order processing, job quoting, and customer relationship development using telephone and electronic communication. The successful applicant will be a self starter with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and customer development skills.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Warm & welcoming demeanor
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Accurate data entry skills and superior attention to details.
• Exceptional telephone and email communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software programs (i.e. Office 365 Microsoft Excel, etc.)
• Previous work experience within the Aviation Industry is a plus!
