Senior Aviation Sales Representative

Infinity Air Group is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join our team!The ideal candidate will be responsible fordeveloping a sales network, attracting new customer accounts, and cultivating relationships with aerospace companies globally. The candidate will be measured by the success rate in developing new and repeated business opportunities that support sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will evaluate and adjust sales strategies and develop processes that drive sales growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and attract new aerospace customer accounts
  • Build relationships with OEMs and strengthen existing ones
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Ascertain customers' needs and stay current with product information
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Produce reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or technical Aviation studies strongly preferred.
  • Should possess a minimum of 5-years of sales/customers service experience
  • Aviation experience with understanding of USM (Used Serviceable Material) market
  • Ability to work well under pressure, adhere to deadlines, be flexible and to work well in a team and cross functional collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and administrative skills
  • Good analytical/problem-solving skills and be able to deliver exemplary customer care
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office and Pentagon (preferred)
  • Must be able to think outside of the box, innovative and disruptive
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - outgoing and able to form collaborative working relationships with internal employees and external customers.
