Location: Staten Island, NY (On-Site)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Private Aviation Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will develop relationships with prospective and existing clients, drive charter and Jet Card sales, and deliver an exceptional client experience from inquiry through flight completion.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Respond to charter inquiries and prepare customized flight proposals.
  • Present charter and Jet Card solutions that align with each client's travel needs.
  • Coordinate client requests, including catering, ground transportation, and other concierge services.
  • Build expertise in private aviation, aircraft types, industry terminology, and market trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Consistently manage and grow a sales pipeline.

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within private aviation, luxury services, hospitality, travel, or other high-touch client-focused industries.

Compensation

The anticipated starting base salary range for this position is $65,000–$75,000 annually, plus commission opportunities. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and other business-related factors.

Candidates will be required to sign a Nondisclosure and Confidentiality Agreement as a condition of employment.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain valid work authorization throughout their employment. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, transfer, or immigration-related employment support now or in the future. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of Form I-9 verification and the ability to maintain valid work authorization throughout employment.
