Responsibilities:

• Great customer service skills and phone manner, directing customers to meet their hydraulic cylinder needs.

• Create orders & enter customer information accurately.

• Purchase parts and seal kits by working with hydraulic cylinder techs per the cylinders requirements.

• Collaborate with a team of professional men and women in an office environment.

• Demonstrates work ethic with a high level of initiative, motivation, and good work attendance.

• Experience with Sage 100 is a plus

• An analytical person and self-Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel

• You would be responsible for the processing of accounts payables and receivable, generating client invoicing

• Generate work tickets for the shop floor

• Help with inventory Control, counting and adjusting when required.

• Correspond with customers and vendors as needed

• Schedule truck lines for shipping

• Work with shipping personnel

• Filing in Cabinets & the Computer system

Physical Demands:

The role involves standing for extended periods, bending, kneeling, stooping, and lifting loads of up to 75 pounds.

Work Environment:

In this full-time position. As we navigate the demands of 2024, there may be instances where mandatory overtime, including 9 or 10-hour shifts, is required to meet production demands. Standard work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a half hour lunch.

Schedule:

The position follows an 8-hour shift during the day, with flexibility for mandatory overtime that may extend to 9 or 10 hours when necessary.

Supplemental Pay:
