Pay: $22-$24/HR

Summary of Position
The core duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant revolve around supporting others. An
Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting an administrative professional to help them stay
organized and complete tasks that allow them focus on more advanced responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to various departments to ensure efficient operation.
• Review production paperwork
• Create and maintain information data bases for various departments that track Key Performance
• Indicators specific to each area.
• Chart, trend and track KPI’s for production operations such as;
• Pounds Per Hour
• Down Time
• Head Count
• Cost Per Pound/Case
• Yield Create and update daily performance boards throughout the plant
• Create and update production standards
• Inventory and order production materials
• Wires
• Bands
• Scoops
• Shovels
• Create, update and maintain operational SOP’s
• Assist in creation of data capturing methods for Continuous Improvement related projects  Create methods for track and trending material usages
