Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a 2nd Shift Data Entry Verification Clerk position in Springfield, OH. ONSITE: Mon – Fri 4pm – 12:30am EST

Job Summary:

  • This position serves as a key role in the efficient flow of insurance documents from Verification to other departments in the center.

  • Reviewing images of insurance documents and entering missing data into a database.

  • Associates must enter data quickly and accurately from insurance documents utilizing procedures in accordance with client requirements.

  • Successful candidates enjoy working on a computer and focusing on a single task (very repetitive).

  • Can type at least 40 WPM, are comfortable with data entry including numbers

  • Quality oriented, can learn large amounts of procedures and apply them quickly, doesn't mind repetitive work, are friendly but not talkative, can work in a group with different personalities, while working in a fast-paced office environment.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Thrives under pressure, demonstrates exceptional organizational skills, and can effectively prioritize competing demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven setting.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proficiency with a computer is a must

  • Office Experience very helpful

  • Able to type at least 40 WPM including numbers

  • Ability to make good decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexible with policy/procedure and assignment changes

  • Ability to adapt easily as procedures change frequently
