At Darling Consulting Group (DCG), we pride ourselves on making the complex simple and building lasting relationships with our clients. As an Associate Data Analyst, you will work within our data operations team to support DCG's analytics capabilities across our products and services. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn our business, contribute to current data processes, and help shape next-generation data and analytics workflows.



Responsibilities:

  • Support existing data pipelines, working with a wide variety of flat-file data formats from hundreds of financial institutions
  • Validate and analyze data outputs for DCG's suite of analytics software, identifying and remediating data quality issues and gaps
  • Provide support for client-facing and internal data-related inquiries
  • Coordinate client communications related to data updates and changes
  • Maintain and document DCG's data quality 
  • Ensure workflows and data standards are consistently followed
  • Contribute to the design, documentation, and implementation of process improvements
  • Collaborate with peers and leadership to identify opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency


Requirements


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong foundational knowledge of:       

            SQL      

            Microsoft Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective time management and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience


Knowledge of the Following is a Plus:

  • Python and/or Tableau
  • Financial modeling and/or financial analysis
  • Curiosity and openness towards AI by actively learning how to leverage effectively
