2nd Shift - CONSTRUCTION PARTS RUNNER
Rummel Construction, Inc. is currently seeking a Parts Runner for 2nd shift (2pm start time). This is a safety sensitive position that requires comprehensive product knowledge of automotive parts. This position is responsible for operating a company motor vehicle to travel to jobsites, throughout the valley, and out of state to deliver small parts, supplies, and materials. Responsible for maintaining constant communication with a dispatcher to advise of destination and must communicate with vendors and suppliers. Must have an acceptable driving record, knowledge and the ability to navigate the geographic area, and the ability to lift, load, and unload parts and materials.
Parts Runners are a critical part of our maintenance and purchasing department. Parts Runners pick up and deliver crucial materials, parts and more to jobsites around the state. Their deliveries support our ongoing work and ensure that we can continue operations the next day.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE
  • Comprehensive product knowledge of automotive parts
  • Must have an acceptable driving record
  • Knowledge of/ability to navigate the geographic area
  • Ability to lift load/unload parts and materials
  • Must be able to pass DOT Medical Clearance and Regulated Drug Screen for a CMV driver in the State of Arizona (required to pull trailers)
  • Please note this is for 2nd Shift (approximately 2:00-10:30 PM)
