Job Description

Seeking a Dental Treatment / Patient Coordinator to join our team!

Our ideal candidate feels comfortable discussing money with patients and has experience working in a dental practice. We are hoping for at least 2 years of prior experience. Your role will consist of presenting treatment to patients, collecting, occasionally verifying insurance, and other front office duties. We are a high-end practice with a medical spa attached. We aim to provide the best care to our patients!

Compensation:

$22 - 27 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full Time

Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM

Duties for our Dental Treatment Coordinator include:

Explain the treatment plan, address patient concerns and answer any questions.
Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment
Track patient accounts receivable and outstanding balances to ensure timely payment.
Perform general office duties and other duties as required.
