As a Housekeeper at Maumee Pointe Senior Living, your daily responsibilities will include performing routine cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of our community. You will be responsible for dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing common areas and resident living spaces. Additionally, you may assist with laundry services and ensure that cleaning supplies are well-stocked and utilized effectively. Your role will be crucial in upholding our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene to provide a comfortable living environment for our residents.

To excel as a Housekeeper at Maumee Pointe Senior Living, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential. The ability to prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment is key. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and respond to resident needs with care and compassion are also important. Prior experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

While proficiency in specialized software is not required, basic knowledge of email communication and electronic scheduling systems may be beneficial. Familiarity with common cleaning tools and products is essential, as well as the willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques for optimal cleanliness and sanitation standards.
