$22.00 –$25.00 per hour D.O.E.

What you'll do:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable accounting specialist to join our accounting team and be responsible for invoice processing. Duties include updating clients’ details, creating and sending invoices to clients, tracking payments, and reporting irregularities to the financial manager. A top-notch accounting specialist should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail and demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

• Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers
• Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final bill
• Customer communication – handling clients' account inquiries
• Accounts Receivable assistance - tracking payments and helping recover outstanding debts
• Processing credit cards and applying customer payments
• Reporting issues or irregularities to the financial head of the company
• Initiating new procedures for billing
• Ensuring that client information details are kept up to date and secure

Reports To:

The position reports directly to the Finance Director, Josh Jackson.
