• Watching half (or more) of your customers get turned down for a loan after working hard to put a deal together is frustrating. With our in-house financing options, our salespeople close 70+ percent of their customers!

• Why live in Montana if you can’t enjoy it? Our office is *closed* Saturdays and Sundays. Reclaim your weekend! We close each evening at 6pm. Remember what dinner with your family was like?

• We are not just looking for a salesperson – we are looking for an Assistant Manager that can be groomed to eventually run their own dealership.
• With very few exceptions we have filled new Management positions by PROMOTING PERSONS WITHIN OUR ORGANIZATION.
• As always, promotions are earned. It is up to you to earn advancement. However, we give direct preference to existing members of our team who are looking for additional opportunities.

Additional qualifications for a successful applicant include:

· Strong verbal and written communication abilities

· Comfort and competence with computers and computer systems

· Familiarity with Social Media

· Willingness to meet and greet new people

· Willingness to make outgoing calls/cold calls.

· A near-perfect driving record (to qualify for our insurance standards)

· A willingness to work hard and succeed within a high-performance team

· Previous leadership positions or work experience.

No auto sales experience is necessary! In fact, I would prefer to train you.
