What we need:

We are seeking a seasoned Fulfillment Operations Supervisor with e-commerce fulfillment experience (especially in food distribution and manufacturing), who thrives on process improvement and talent management.

We desire a supervisor who has a degree in business, supply chain management, engineering, IT, safety or has extensive experience in a distribution environment with progressive job responsibilities in leu of formal education. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not a direct requirement.

What you will do:

You will lead a team of 10-12 permanent members during non-peak months and up to 50 associates (permanent and temporary staff) during peak seasons, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, to include but not limited to receiving, storing, and shipping products or materials, while ensuring efficient coordination amongst the staff.

Your knack for metrics and process optimization will drive efficiency and excellence across the fulfillment center. You will also be responsible for monitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees.
