Mullins Cheese is seeking a self- motivated, team- oriented, eager to work individual to work in our Cheese Production. Mullins Cheese is based upon growth and advancement, and as a Mullins Cheese employee you have opportunities to grow and advance throughout the company. Position Summary:

This position is responsible for manufacturing a high quality cheese. Duties will range from cheese production all the way through the packaging process all while assuring that the quality of the product is consistent.

A glance at what a day at work might look like:

Monitor and control production machinery

Monitor and use Clean in Place (CIP) procedures on product machinery and tools

Correctly take samples of product for lab testing

Maintain appropriate production records

Fill out proper documentation in accordance to customer specification and government agencies

Aid other employees to maintain a safe process and quality product

Follow Safety ProceduresMaintain clean work environment

Aid plant manager on the shift by following his/her directions

Operate within HACCP guidelines to assure safe, quality product

Requirements:Physical RequirementsThis position requires the following frequent actions and/or conditions:

Twisting, bending, and squatting with 50lb object in hand

Long Periods of Standing and Walking

Lifting 60 lbs. from the ground

Good finger/hand/multi-limb dexterity

Minimum Qualifications

Willing and Able to perform all job essential functions with or without accommodation

Willing and Able to be exposed to/perform all physical and environmental factors

Certifications: Forklift Certification

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience: 1-3 years in a packaging production position

Schedule RequirementsWe currently have openings on:

Startup 2am

Days 9am

Nights 4pm

Saturdays are required

Sundays and Holidays may be required

$23.50/ hour includes $3 shift premium

$3 shift premium from 6pm-6am, all day on Saturdays
