Job Description

Specific duties include: Successful completion of all required periodic plant and job-specific training.Support all Plant Safety and Security functions to ensure incident free work. The Utilities Support team member must Perform Preventative Maintenance tasks on time as directed by Maintenance Manager. Participation as an active member in the PSM and SSP Team. Support the Utilities team to ensures that all regulatory tasks are completed and documented on a log or logbook during work shift as required. Ability to perform required maintenance and troubleshoot problems on all plant system. Ability to perform advanced machine tool operations. Ability to support WWTP

equipment maintenance to ensure reliable operation. Support with maintenance on plant boilers and steam system components. Preferred knowledge of Pneumatic systems and plant air compressors. Ability to troubleshoot Facility HVAC equipment, and desiccant control systems. Ability to support the test and maintain plant fire system and controls. Will serve as a Critical valve operator and Critical system controller in emergency situations on all shifts as needed. Must have the interpersonal skills to work with other mechanics, electricians, supervisors, and production/sanitation personnel. Clean, inspect, and lubricate applicable equipment. Must be willing to attend training and/or seminars as necessary to fulfill the plant's needs as a utility technician. Must be available to work during plant scheduled shutdowns. Basic electrical knowledge for troubleshooting.

This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, as well as an ability to perform accurate work with attention to detail. Qualifications to be considered for this position include: attendance, prior experience and/or education and past job performance.

Comply with all Kraft policies, procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices. Maintain positive rapport with customers, suppliers, contractors, and other Associates. Participate on assigned teams; Support team decisions. Perform other duties as assigned by Manager. Must adhere to all site rules and adhere to all ways of working processes and procedures within this role. Position requires compliance with regulatory best Practices, timely Work completion, and the ability to perform or support all duties. Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) participation is required.

Sanitation: Will ensure that the equipment and machinery he/she works with is cleaned and sanitized according to the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program rules explained at the beginning of employment and during refresher sessions.

Quality Assurance: Ensures all products manufactured comply with the Quality Assurance Program and policies reviewed during the on the job training applicable to this specific operation function.

Safety: Will follow instructions delivered during the training that explain the fundamentals of the Kraft Heinz Safety Process and will keep himself/herself and others away from harm while performing his/her duties. Will adhere to all ORM policies and procedures.

Work on all shifts expected, Weekend and Holiday work will be required. Schedule is based on a 7 day/week production; therefore, workdays may fluctuate from week to week based on production.
