Restaurant Supervisor

Our upscale restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fine Dining Supervisor to join our team. As a Fine Dining Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and train restaurant staff to ensure exceptional customer service and adherence to company policies and procedures

- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and scheduling

- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served to the highest quality standards

- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new policies and procedures to improve restaurant operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant environment

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
