This role is for seasoned servers with 1–3 years of fine dining experience who take pride in elevated service and hospitality.

You'll guide diners through our menu, recommend wine pairings, anticipate needs before they're voiced, and execute service standards with precision. This isn't a casual serving job — it's a craft, and we're looking for servers who treat it that way.

What We're Looking For: We need a Fine Dining Server who understands that exceptional service is built on the details. Our ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has 1–3 years of recent fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
  • Knows their way around classic service standards (proper pacing, crumbing, course timing, wine service)
  • Has strong working knowledge of food, wine, and spirits — and is hungry to learn more
