The Job: Seeking a highly detailed, loyal, trustworthy Branch Administrator. Must have a customer service, can-do attitude with the ability to juggle multiple projects at one time. The role supports sales and branch administrative efforts to help grow a dynamic sales team in a fast-paced environment. Day to day activities include, tracking multiple sales milestones in a project management system and Salesforce CRM, organizing distribution of gifts to clients and referral partners, utilizing technology for communication on sales project and ongoing communications, watching team email and responding to customer service inquiries. Tracking expenses and reporting of expenses in systems. Tracking and managing onboarding activities of new hires. Attending all marketing and systems calls with Branch Manger to capture action items and take-aways to hold all participants responsible.

Qualifications:

· Possess a High School diploma/equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management, communications, or related business field may be substituted for required administrative experience.

· Have strong digital literacy, including experience using MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

· Are highly organized and can expedite activities to achieve positive outcomes.

· Can independently analyze, summarize, and make recommendations on administrative and project related activities.

· Can work well on teams using discretion and possess excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

· Salesforce experience is a plus
