Skilled Service Technician

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Skilled Service Technician to be part of our team.  This role requires a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced technician to provide exceptional service and repairs to various makes and models of vehicles. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems and be committed to delivering top-notch customer service.  We want candidates that are looking for a career, not just a job.

Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic and repair work on various makes and models of vehicles.
- Follow manufacturer's guidelines for troubleshooting and repairs.
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and procedures.
- Adhere to safety practices and procedures at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent diagnostic skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Must have own tools.
